Registration is on Thursday morning 7:30am. Session begins at 8:00am and ends at 4:30pm. Continental breakfast and lunch will be served and cocktail hour at the conclusion of the session.
This seminar will be a mock scenario of Thelma and Louise’s road trip through a workers’ compensation claim. Throughout the day we will develop the case and end up with a mock mediation.
LAWYERS FROM 8 STATES: Joint/Multi State Panel with attorneys from Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee will be present for a joint question and answer session on how their jurisdictions will handle the fact pattern.
TWO MEDICAL EXPERTS: We have Dr. Najeeb Thomas and Dr. Douglas Lurie on a joint panel with Tommy Ruli to address medical issues and how they help develop a defense to a case.
