Jennifer came to Juge Napolitano with a background in Medical Malpractice Law but has quickly gained her footing in workers’ compensation. Her drive and passion for her work is evident in her pragmatic approach to defense practices.
She has been a speaker for numerous seminars including the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and numerous in-house client seminars. Jennifer also is a member of the National Worker’s Compensation Committee for DRI. The Second Injury Fund appeal is one of Jennifer’s favorite areas of practice.
